Writing outside the Box

Between 27th and 31st of May, I am running a creative writing retreat at the beautiful Westwood Christian Centre near Huddersfield. It’s run on the Arvon model with workshops in the morning and free time in the afternoon, as well as participants teaming up to help with cooking. This year, I’m pleased to be welcoming a variety of different authors on the retreat to teach on the workshops including Andy Kind, Kathryn Hitchins, Heather Cursham, Hannah Clugston and Peter Campion.

The blurb: Interested in exercising your creative writing muscles and seeing which way they stretch? Passionate about your faith and writing and wondering how they fit together? Wanting time and space to write with other like-minded people? Then Writing Outside The Box could be for you! Genres to dabble into – poetry, fiction, screenwriting, non-fiction, comedy and children’s writing.
